Track Your Order
After completing your purchase on rinice.store, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and product delivery information.
Most orders are processed instantly or within 1 hour after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you have not received your order:

- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct

Understanding your order status can help you know when to expect your product.
Processing
Your payment has been received and your order is being prepared. Your product key will be sent shortly.
Completed
Your order has been successfully delivered. Your product key and activation instructions have been sent to your email.
Pending Payment
Your payment has not yet been confirmed. The order will be processed once payment is completed.
On Hold
Your order is temporarily waiting for payment verification.
Cancelled / Failed
The payment was not completed or the order was cancelled.
