Refund & Replacement Policy
Digital Products
All products sold on rinice.store are digital items delivered electronically via email. No physical items are shipped.
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once the product key has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
• The product key was not delivered
• The product key fails to activate and we cannot provide a replacement
Replacement Policy
If a key fails to activate, please contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error.
We will verify the issue and provide a replacement key if necessary.
Support Period
Activation issues must be reported within 15 days of purchase.
